Senior AI Strategy Consultant (Closer)

Run high-trust sales conversations with mid-career professionals who want to transition out of the W2 path and start an AI business.

What You’ll Do

This is a premium coaching sale. The prospects are smart. The objections are real. Your job is to guide them to a clear decision, with integrity.

This role is for you if you can do all 4:

Diagnose what’s actually holding someone back

Prescribe a real plan that fits their life + capacity

Disqualify the wrong fit confidently

Close clean when it’s a fit

If you can only “handle objections and close,” this won’t be a good fit.

Responsibilities

→ Run consultative sales calls end-to-end with qualified applicants

→ Ask sharp questions, control the call, and keep it grounded

→ Handle objections (time, confidence, spouse, skepticism) without pressure tactics

→ Move qualified prospects through the decision process efficiently

→ Maintain strong follow-up discipline (no ghosting, no loose ends)

→ Keep CRM notes and pipeline hygiene clean

What We’re Looking For

→ Proven high-ticket closing experience (real numbers, real volume)

→ Strong communication and presence on calls

→ Ability to earn trust fast without being “sales-y”

→ High integrity: you won’t enroll people who aren’t a fit

→ Bonus: you’ve lived the W2/knowledge-worker world and understand that mindset deeply
