AI Product Coach

Lead one-on-one coaching with clients, guiding them from idea to MVP and launch. Help ambitious professionals actually ship AI products.

About the role

We help mid-career professionals build and launch real AI products. Our clients are smart, ambitious, and often not software engineers. They need structure, encouragement, technical clarity, and accountability so they actually ship.

As an AI Product Coach, you’ll work in a highly outcomes-driven delivery role, ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and pushed to finish.

This isn’t hand-holding. This is high-accountability coaching that drives real results.

Core responsibilities

  • Run 20+ one-on-one coaching calls per week (video calls)
  • Help clients choose the simplest viable build path per idea (Replit, Cursor, Claude Code, no-code, no-UI agents, etc.)
  • Unblock technical issues quickly (setup, authentication, APIs, prompts, deployments, tool wiring)
  • Create Loom tutorials and walkthroughs for clients and our internal library
  • Drive weekly milestones with definitions of done, checklists, and follow-ups
  • Keep clients motivated and accountable, especially when they stall, overthink, or tool-hop
  • Document progress and next steps clearly after calls

What good looks like

  • You have experience coaching aspiring founders, teams, or students
  • You have built AI products yourself
  • Familiar with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, basic RAG/agents, and automation tools
  • Can coach clients to consistently ship MVPs and complete launches
  • Calls end with clear next steps and deadlines
  • Clients don’t spiral, drift, or spend weeks stuck on setup
  • Your Looms reduce repeated confusion and speed up the entire program

Nice to have

  • Ability to create YouTube tutorials, in-depth training programs, and webinars
  • Experience with high-ticket coaching programs
  • Built and shipped multiple AI products
