Now, we’re looking for an Account Manager to help founders execute this process—ensuring they take action, validate effectively, and maintain momentum.

THE ROLE

As an Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted advisor and execution partner for founders, keeping them focused on real-world traction. You’ll push them past hesitation, help them test their ideas with minimal risk, and provide structured coaching to ensure they move forward with confidence.

You’ll work with high-potential entrepreneurs, guiding them through our sales-first methodology while ensuring they take consistent action.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Founder Success & Accountability: Keep founders focused on high-impact actions, ensuring they execute on weekly goals.
  • Sales-First Product Coaching: Help founders refine ideas, identify the fastest validation methods, and drive early revenue.
  • Cut Through Overthinking: Push founders past analysis paralysis, guiding them to rapid, data-driven decisions.
  • Data-Driven Feedback & Iteration: Track founder progress, spot patterns, and provide tactical adjustments.
  • Optimize the AI Coaching Experience: Identify where automation, AI tools, and human intervention can enhance outcomes.
  • Community Engagement & Peer Learning: Foster a high-accountability founder community, where wins are shared, and challenges are tackled collectively.
  • Upsell to High-Touch Coaching: Identify top performers and struggling founders, ensuring they receive the right level of support.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Deep Product Sense: You understand what makes an idea commercially viable and can cut through unnecessary complexity.
  • Sales & Validation-First Mindset: You believe in testing before building, and you know how to help founders pre-sell, validate, and iterate using real market feedback.
  • Founder Coaching & Accountability Skills: You can motivate, challenge, and hold founders to high standards of execution.
  • Fast-Paced Executor: You move quickly, identify opportunities, and know when to push or pivot.
  • AI & No-Code Familiarity: You understand how AI tools and no-code solutions can accelerate MVPs and guide non-technical founders in leveraging them.
  • Community-Driven Growth: You can create engaging discussions, drive participation, and foster a high-accountability culture.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • You’ve built or validated a product from scratch and understand what it takes to go from 0 to 1.
  • You’ve coached founders, creators, or early-stage entrepreneurs.
  • You’ve worked in an accelerator, startup studio, or founder-focused education program.
  • You understand the psychology of execution—how to nudge founders into bold, decisive action.
