Founder Content Writer

Be the daily voice of a founder who builds at the intersection of AI, entrepreneurship, and technology. Not a social media manager — a strategic content partner who thinks like a founder and writes like one.

About This Role

The founder you will write for has built Product HQ (10,000+ professionals), taught at UC Berkeley, shipped products at Microsoft, and now runs an AI accelerator coaching 15+ clients. His content sits at the intersection of AI breakthroughs, entrepreneurship, and the future of work — and it needs to feel like it comes from someone who is in the arena, not watching from the sidelines.

You will not just write posts. You will be embedded in the AI zeitgeist daily — synthesizing what is happening, connecting dots others miss, and translating complex trends into sharp, opinionated takes that build authority.

This is a thinking role disguised as a writing role.

What You Will Do

  • Write and publish 1 post per day across LinkedIn (personal + business page), Twitter/X, and Instagram
  • Write video scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts — punchy, founder-energy, not corporate
  • Engage as the founder on platforms — 10–15 meaningful comments per day on top AI and entrepreneurship voices
  • Develop weekly content calendar connecting AI developments to entrepreneurship, career transformation, and the creator economy
  • Spot breaking AI news and draft reactive takes within 1–2 hours — speed matters
  • Study 1 year of existing daily content to internalize the founder voice, recurring frameworks, and positioning
  • Track what resonates and double down on patterns, not vanity metrics

What The Voice Sounds Like

  • Founder energy — direct, opinionated, says what others are thinking but won't say
  • Connects dots across AI, entrepreneurship, product, and career strategy — not afraid in one lane
  • Frameworks over hype — turns complex trends into structured, actionable thinking
  • Speaks from lived experience, not theory — every post should feel like it comes from someone who has built and shipped
  • Contrarian when warranted — willing to challenge mainstream AI takes with receipts
  • Never guru-speak, never "passive income," never generic AI commentary

You Are A Fit If

  • You are obsessed with AI, startups, and the future of work — you consume this content 3+ hours daily
  • You can ghostwrite in a founder's voice and make it indistinguishable from theirs
  • You think in theses, not topics — you see the thread connecting an OpenAI announcement to a career strategy shift to a business opportunity
  • You follow and have opinions about: Ethan Mollick, Sam Altman, Lenny Rachitsky, Greg Isenberg, Alex Hormozi, Dan Shipper, Garry Tan
  • You can write a LinkedIn post in 15 minutes that does not sound like ChatGPT wrote it
  • You have founder or startup experience — you understand the builder mindset, not just the observer mindset
  • You move fast and can turn around reactive content in under 2 hours

Do Not Apply If

  • You write generic AI content that could appear on any brand
  • You are not plugged into the daily AI and startup conversation
  • You treat all platforms the same (copy-paste the same post everywhere)
  • You need detailed briefs for every post — this role requires independent editorial judgment
