Sales Manager — Setter Team Lead

Own the entire setter system. Onboard, train, drive accountability, and cut underperformers. This is a performance role.

What You Will Do

  • Onboard new setters and get them dialing within 3–5 days
  • Run daily accountability (hours, conversations, bookings)
  • Drive output and identify top performers quickly
  • Remove low performers fast — no long tail
  • Train on qualification, objection handling, and booking quality
  • Work directly with closers to ensure call quality

You Should Apply If

  • You've managed SDRs/setters in a high-volume environment
  • You're comfortable with high turnover and performance-based cuts
  • You don't babysit — you drive output
  • You can build structure and enforce it

Compensation

Base + performance bonuses tied to team output. Range: $10K – $25K/month.
