What Does A Triage Specialist Do?
You are one of the most important roles in our company. Your job is to talk to a high volume of people across calls and DMs, quickly figure out who we can help, and move the right people forward into clarity and momentum. You protect the time of our closers and coaches by making sure only qualified, serious applicants reach them.
This role is heavy on communication, but it’s not “shut off all day.” You’ll win here if you can build trust fast, ask clean questions, hold a firm line when someone isn’t a fit, and consistently drive the next step.
Responsibilities
High-Volume Qualification
- Qualify applicants through phone calls and messaging
- Handle inbound conversations from LinkedIn, Instagram, community messages, and email/SMS
- Keep conversations structured, direct, and respectful
- Move serious applicants to the next step quickly
Clean Routing And Handoff
- Route qualified applicants into the correct path
- Disqualify quickly when someone isn't a fit, with professionalism
- Capture clean notes so the closer walks into calls with context
- Protect calendars from unqualified bookings
Follow-Up That Closes The Gaps
- Re-engage no-shows and "maybe later" leads
- Handle basic objections without escalating everything
- Keep leads warm and moving, not sitting in limbo
- Maintain consistent response times across platforms

First 60–90 Days
- Consistently hit quality + volume targets
- Reliable follow-up that drives decisions

- Feeding back insights that make the system better
Who You Are
- Confident on the phone and comfortable in DMs
- Fast at building rapport, faster at getting to the truth
- Good at asking direct questions without being awkward
- Organized enough to track multiple conversations at once
- Consistent — you don't "drop" leads because you got busy
- Able to represent the brand cleanly across platforms

Requirements
- Strong phone presence and active listening
- Strong written communication (DMs matter as much as calls)
- Ability to manage many simultaneous conversations
- High attention to detail with notes and CRM updates
- Comfortable with performance targets
- Experience using GoHighLevel (strong preference)
